Linny is one of the cutest free fonts you’ll ever find. Designed by Maya aka ‘Linny’, this font is based on her own handwriting and comes in upper and lower case, as well as numbers and punctuations.
Woodwarrior
This amazing typeface is inspired by the North, and the contrast between modern man-made structure and untouched nature shaped by the wind and ice alone. It was created by designer Anton Bohlin, and is one of those free fonts that’s ideal for experimental headlines and attention-grabbing straps.

Graphic designer Fernando Diaz describes this font set as a ‘serif typeface designed for display and long texts, with a foundation that’s based on calligraphy, with strong serifs and rough strokes’. The proportions seek to gain space in height and width. It’s elegant at large sizes and legible at the same time, with a lot of rhythm in small sizes.

Higher is a free font created by Portugal-based graphic designer, Marissa Passos. It was made as a student project during her time at the University of Porto. Higher contains a full set of uppercase characters and numbers 0-9. It’s free to use for both personal and commercial use, and available in OTF and TTF formats.
True Love
UX designer and web developer Davide Cariani has a passion for typography, which led him to create this free font set. True Love was created during his spare time and is Cariani’s first attempt at type. Inspired by old-school tattoo fonts, glyphs available include letters, numbers, dash, and dot.
Biko
Biko was designed and created by visual artist and graphic designer Marco Ugolini. It’s a geometric sans serif with a strong yet friendly character. The name is a tribute to Steve Biko, a South African anti-apartheid activist. This font set is perfect for display, copy text and logos, and is available in regular and black versions. It’s ideal for use in personal projects, while you can purchase it for €20 for commercial purposes.
